Trading involves substantial risk of loss
Trading futures, options on futures, and other leveraged products involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Leverage means that small market movements can produce large losses relative to the capital committed.
You may lose more than your initial investment. In some circumstances losses can exceed the amount deposited, and you may be required to deposit additional funds at short notice.
You should carefully consider whether trading is appropriate for you in light of your circumstances, knowledge, and financial resources. You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
What we provide, and what we do not
Kernwell Systems provides education, research, market commentary, and standardized market-analysis software.
We do not:
- provide personalized investment, futures, or commodity trading advice
- manage, direct, or hold discretion over any customer account
- recommend specific transactions to any individual
- take into account your account size, financial situation, income, net worth, positions, or risk tolerance
- accept, hold, or transmit customer funds
All research, education, and software output is standardized. Every customer receives the same material and the same underlying analysis logic. Nothing we publish or supply is tailored to any individual's circumstances.
Independent decisions
Any decision to enter, size, manage, or exit a position is yours alone. You are responsible for evaluating the merits and risks of your own trading, and for determining whether any concept discussed in our materials is appropriate for your circumstances.
Past performance
Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those discussed in any material we publish.
See our Performance and Earnings Disclosure for how we classify and present results of any kind.
No guarantee
We make no guarantee of profitability, income, funding, employment, or any other financial outcome. Most people who attempt discretionary or systematic trading do not achieve consistent profits.
