What this is
- Do you tell me what to trade?
- No. We publish standardized research and build analysis software. Nothing we produce is a recommendation to any individual, and nothing accounts for your account size, finances, or positions. Any decision to trade is yours.
- Is this a signals service?
- No. Our community is not a signals room, our weekly sessions are not trade-call sessions, and our software does not tell anyone when to buy or sell. If you want someone to tell you what to trade, we are the wrong company.
- Will this make me profitable?
- We cannot say that and we will not. Trading involves substantial risk of loss, and most people who attempt it do not achieve consistent profits. What we offer is method, tooling, and instruction.
- Do you manage money?
- No. We never hold, manage, or direct customer funds, and we have no discretion over any account.
Research and membership
- Is the research really free?
- Yes, and it stays that way. The library is public, requires no email, and is the clearest statement of how we think. A smaller set of deeper methodology work sits behind Premium.
- What does Premium include?
- Premium research, premium community access, additional educational resources, and three educational and research sessions each week. It is $49.99 monthly or $475 annually.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from your account billing page. Cancelling stops future renewals and your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. It is a link, not a phone call.
Software
- What does the software actually do?
- It applies a documented, rule-based method to price and volume and renders the structure it finds. Every subscriber receives the same product and the same output logic — there is no per-customer tuning.
- How do I get access?
- Access is granted to your charting platform account after your subscription is confirmed, and revoked when it ends. You add your platform username in account settings.
- Is it accurate?
- It is consistent, which is a different claim. It applies the same rules the same way every session. We make no representation that it is accurate, profitable, or predictive.
Education
- Why can't I just buy a place?
- Because cohorts are capped at 20 online and 10 in Houston, and the format only works at that size. Every applicant is reviewed, and accepted applicants receive a private, single-use checkout link.
- What does it cost?
- $997.99 for the online program and $2,997.99 for the Houston program, one time. Both include Lifetime Premium, which never expires and is never billed.
- Why is Houston restricted?
- Sessions are held in person, so it is open to Houston-area applicants only. The online program covers the same curriculum.
- What if I'm not accepted?
- You will hear back either way, with a decision and a reason. You can apply to a later cohort. Being declined costs you nothing — submitting an application creates no payment obligation.
- Do you guarantee funding or a payout?
- No. No program guarantees funding, profitability, income, or employment, and any company telling you otherwise is worth walking away from.
Data and privacy
- What do you collect?
- As little as we can: account details, your application answers, and subscription status. Where a product is delivered through another platform, the username needed to grant access.
- Do you want my brokerage details?
- No, and there is nowhere in our systems to put them. We do not collect brokerage or prop-firm credentials, API keys, balances, positions, income, or net worth. If we ever propose to, it requires a fresh legal, security, and privacy review first.
- Can I get my data or delete my account?
- Yes. Both are in account settings. Records we are legally required to retain — transaction records and records of terms you accepted — are kept for as long as the law requires.
