Prohibited conduct

You may not use the Services to:

break the law or facilitate anyone else doing so
infringe intellectual property, including by copying or redistributing our research, curriculum, recordings, or software
share, resell, or transfer your account or product access
misrepresent yourself, your affiliation with us, or your results
make or spread misleading claims about profits, income, or funding
solicit others for signals, managed accounts, or advisory services
harass, threaten, defame, or abuse anyone
upload malware, or probe, scan, or test the security of our systems without our prior written permission
scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the Services beyond ordinary use
circumvent access controls, rate limits, entitlement checks, or paywalls
interfere with the operation of the Services or with other users' access

Security research

If you believe you have found a security issue, contact us before testing further, and do not access, alter, or exfiltrate data that is not yours. We appreciate good-faith reports.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, and take other action we consider appropriate.
