Private coaching

The same method as the cohort, taught one to one, with your own work as the material. A few places each intake, by application.

Applying costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Every application is read, and being declined is a real outcome — this only works for some people, at some stages.

How it works

A conversation before anything else

  1. 01

    Apply

A short written application. We ask about your experience and what you want to build — never about your finances.

  2. 02

    Review

Every application is read. You hear back either way, with a reason.

  3. 03

    Consultation

If it looks like a fit, we schedule a call and work out what the programme would actually cover for you.

  4. 04

    Terms and start

Fees and scope are agreed on that call. A private checkout link follows only once they are.

What gets covered

The same ground, at your pace

The curriculum is the same. What changes is that your journal, your research and your process are the worked examples, and the order can follow what you actually need.

  1. Foundations
  2. 01

    Market foundations

Contract mechanics, the vocabulary of auction and balance, and how to describe a session in terms that can be tested rather than felt. Your journal opens in week one and stays open for the whole programme.

  3. 02

    Execution and risk

Position-sizing and bracket arithmetic as concepts, trade management, and the first written trade model — the one you are held to for the rest of the course.

  4. 03

    Strategy development and backtesting

Turning an observation into a hypothesis you could be proven wrong about, and opening a manual backtest log. Simulation and the simulation log begin here.

  5. 04

    Systematic trading

Reading your own evidence, refining one rule for a stated reason, and assembling a first playbook. The phase closes on a checkpoint you either pass or repeat.

  6. Build
  7. 05

    AI and research foundations

What these tools actually are and are not, and a working research loop with Claude that has a verification step built into it rather than bolted on.

  8. 06

    Data and AI-assisted backtesting

Market data and its traps, Python and pandas from zero, and a backtest you have built yourself rather than trusted.

  9. 07

    Indicator and tool development

Translating discretion into explicit logic, and building tools that compute something you can defend line by line.

  10. 08

    Builder lab

A build sprint, then validation, documentation and peer review — ending in a demo day where the work has to stand up to other people.

  11. Business
  12. 09

    Positioning and personal brand

Deciding what you are actually for, and how an independent brand sits alongside ours without either pretending to be the other.

  13. 10

    Content and distribution

Story, pillars, formats and a content engine you could hold for a year rather than a fortnight.

  14. 11

Marketing ethics, sales and business fundamentals

How to market education without promising an outcome, what an honest sales conversation sounds like, and the business mechanics underneath both.

  15. 12

    Pathways

Where the work goes next, how the separate programmes fit together, and the ninety-day plan you leave with.

What this is, and is not

Individual instruction in method and research. It is not account management, not a signal service, and not personalised investment advice — reviewing your own past decisions as coursework is teaching, not a recommendation to take any position. No outcome is promised: trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone.

Research · Education · Community

The research library and the community are open to everyone, and the public market sessions run every weekday morning.
